   Bin there done that! Picked up some good stuff at discount. The stores are getting cleaned up fast. I counted 6 Sawstop contractors saws (3 each) at the two stores I visited.

   Yes this has been going on for about two weeks.  The store was pretty cleaned out on the first night...  though if you're looking for something odd they may have it.  They had Kreg t-track, Oneway chuck adapters...  The basics were all really picked over, I was looking for a bowl gouge, some 10" saw blades, clamps... all that was gone on the First Saturday.

   The did have a Sawstop Cabinet saw, and a General 480 jointer...  But even at 25% off I don't know if I could justify it...

   House Of Tools!

   I for one think I got a good price when I went there but way too far away for me to drive to often.. I hate wasting gasoline and only drive if I have to.

   And then again, back in the middle 50', I could drive around a girl in my Chopped and Channeled 1949 Merk OR was it a Ford? (Split windshield with leadded in doors) so she had to crall into the car when I opened the passhanger side window. For about 50 cents.. THAT was expensive then! We could drive for hours!.. But that young lady was worth it!  NO, I was a nice guy.. Then.. If she wanted out I'd tell her.. The drivers door is not ledded in and you can go if you want but I'd like to drive you home the same as you came in the car.. As safe as you were at home!

   But then again just with that one girl that I married!

   I just loved the TV advertisements they had!

   Not sure if the same company.. Ink.. Etc.. but they had some great TV advertisments here in Chicago.. Pretty, Less dressed women, and everything. OK so I looked at the women as much as the tools!

   I think it was called Berlands House Of Tools. Great place to go to!

   I visited the 2 Edmonton stores. Pick in's were thin. I also think they jacked the sticker price up to the Mfr's suggested retail, then discounted.

    Thanks for the reply, I was thinking of making a trip into Edmonton to check it out, but from the sounds of it I didn't miss much by the time I found out about the sale.
