I’m making a pantry type cabinet that will hold canned goods, etc in the door. It is 60″ tall and the outside of the door is maple and cherry, so it will hold a lot of weight. I’ve attached a sketch up drawing of my design to show what I mean.
Does anyone have any ideas what hinges are best for holding all that weight? Piano hinge? Euro hinges? something else?
Opinions are appreciated.

Wow!
If you really mean a 5 foot door that will hold canned goods you are putting a lot of stress on the door and the hinges. In my opinion, not knowing the weight, the only thing that will take that much weight would be a piano hinge.
But, if you can determine what the maximum weight will be (including the weight of the wood) any hinge manufacturer will tell you the max recommended weight per hinge. If they won't try someone else.

PS your picture was just a "?" Save your 2D as a .png or .jpg is what I do. I would love to see your design!
