   Blum has some. Check out the link below. THey have a planning guide you can download (requires excel) once at the blum site click on either the "clip top planning tool for face frame" or" compact planning tool for face frame" under the Concealed hinges section.

   Most hinges Blum makes come in 3 configurations - full overlay, half overlay, and inset.  Get inset hinges of the desired angle of opening, and don't forget that you need the corresponding mounting plate for the set-up to work properly.
