   We have literally traveled over the river and through the woods, except that we are the grandparents traveling to our youngest daughter, son-in-law, and two of our six grandchildren. A white Christmas. Went sledding down hills this morning. Made cookies this afternoon, as is the tradition of my sisters and their families and cousins.

   The children will awake tomorrow morning, we'll have orange juice and then see what Santa brought. We know the difference between Santa and God, but we keep the spirit of the story of Santa alive with our children and grandchildren, just as my parents and grandparents did with us.

   I am blessed with 40 years with my one and only, three children, six grandchildren, parents who have been married almost 65 years, two sisters and two great brother-in-laws and their children and families.

   I am grateful, thankful, and blessed. Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good night!!!!

   Made cookies this afternoon..

   I had some cookies made (with Moms help) from my little China girls. Chocolate chip with Macadamia AND Pistachio nuts in them with their names on top in colored sugar 'sprinkles'? They were actually VERY good!

   They got their 'Razor skooters' but Mom would not allow the ones with motors. Dang! And they made me a Fruit Cake! I LOVE Fruit cake!

   Maybe I'm the only person on Earth that likes FRUIT CAKE....

   Enjoying my first ever white Christmas here in Scotland with son and grandsons. Never seen parcels demolished so quickly.
