Home Depot has started to carry a hand held bandsaw. Can’t think of how one would be used except for maybe notching large posts for a deck or something. Anyone think of a woodworking use in the shop? I have a big bandsaw, and no dear, I’m not looking for an excuse to buy a new tool in case you are reading this.

I think these are metal cutting bandsaws. These have been around a long time--though often with a table so that act as a metal cutting chop saw in effect.
