I am considering a Grizzly cabinet Table saw. I noticed that the right arbor tilt can be 220V 3 HP TEFC motor, The Left tilt is a 3 HP single phase (with 3 belts). any advantages/disadvantages to either motor? thanks for the feedback-Eric in L.A.

Eric,
I have the right tilt..and it has three belts..I think the motors are the same in either machine. The marketing and the spec sheets are not very consistent...but the same machines. The TS is great !
I'd be willing to bet they're the same motor. When they added the left tilt machine, probably had another copy writer or somethin'. PS: Any Grizzly machine like this is going to have a TEFC motor.
