We would like to find someone who manufactures decorative square pegs in a sort of Greene and Greene style, 1/4″x 1/4″x 1/4″, that have a slightly pillowed, polished end that will stand proud of the cabinet doors 1/16″. We know what it takes to make them, but we need 8 per door and there are 40+ doors. It would be a lot of work.Anybody have any ideas? I’d appreciate it.
Ive looked on the web, to no avail. We wish we had the time and budget to do them ourselves, but we really don’t. Thanks guys and gals.

I believe that the Rockler Catalog has them or did.
Nah, I looked. Thanks though. These might be a bit more of a specialty item than rockler would carry...
I think I saw something in Mathew Burrack's latest catlog for square pegs.
Craig, thanks for taking the time to answer my question. Do you have any more info on this catalogue? I can't fiind it online, or any references to it. Thank you.

Thanks Craig...this could help us. I appreciate it.
If you don't see it online, call them. I think that I saw the info on an email update. I looked in the last catalog they sent me with an order and & don't see it in there. Good luck.
They would be so easy to make on the bandsaw and you have more choices in either matching the wood or contrasting with it that I make them.

Unfortunately, this is a designer afterthought detail. We dont have time to make them. Barely enough time to apply them to the 40 plus doors. We may have to make them but they need to be precisely rounded over( a pillowed appearance), 1/16" proud and polished. They'll all need to be exactly the same length so we can place them efficiently too. All in all we figure it will be about take about 8 minutes per peg, 250+ pegs...thats like 30 plus hours on production alone. We could do it, don't wanna. I'm gonna call tablelegs.com and see....
Thanks.
