Hello all,
I bought a 5 piece cordless Dewalt set about a year ago and it came with the radio for free. Well, last week the right speaker blew out for no apparent reason. Try listening to Led Zeplin with one speaker, you only hear the drum line and lead guitar! seperately one of my batteries died over night. It worked fine one day and then the next morning nothing.
I finally got around to taking the items to a Dewalt service center and was all ready for a fight. I use these tools every day and they look like it. The guy never turned on the radio just pointed to a new one in the box and said take that one! Then he put the battery on a tester of some sort and said “Yep its broken, grab one of those off the shelf behind you.” It was also new. I was blown away! That is great service. Before walking out with $200 in tools with out paying a dime I felt obligated to buy something, so I got some drill bits and stuff.

Heh heh. Thats a good one. It almost seemed like it. He didn't say more than five sentences to me. He was also pleasant. If yall live near Texas it is the Dewalt authorised service center (they also handle Delta, Porter Cable, and B&D) in Fort Worth off of 121 and Beech.
