We plan to overlay MDF with copper sheet that is about .028″ thick. We cannot decide if there is another glue besides epoxy that would hold up to the rigors of direct sunlight without delaminating.
We have the laminating part figured out and even how to mill to size after completed. Thank you in advance jogro2

Have you thought about using only mechanical fastening? Copper will move about 1/8" in 8' with a temperature swing of 100 degrees F. MDF will not move from temperature, but will move from humidity changes. Small pieces can be wrapped. Round work can have copper spun over it. Large pieces can have interlocking seams. I'm curious about the size and exposure.
