Glue up/clamping – wall tool cabinet
Just tried glueing a tool cabinet as described in Micheal Pekovich video. I could not get clamping pressure in the middle of two sides(top and bottom – pins) During the dry run, it all went together just fine. I made some pieces to be able to apply pressure on the pins and tails. But, ended up only using the tail pieces. What kind of clamps do you use to do the tails as well. I used two bar clamps top and bottom, but unable to pull the middle in and no luck with the hammer. The top and bottom won’t be seen, but it would be nice to assemble it correctly. I just thought of a solution – a caul on each side. Correct? Better late than never.
Comments appreciated.

Cauls? Yep.
Just remember to set them slightly inside of the dovetails, not on top of them. And, don't go overboard with the pressure.
Depending on the depth of the cabinet, you might also find parallel-jaw clamps to be more convenient. The extra jaw depth is often all that is needed when you clamp both sides.
Remember, one can never have too many clamps. ;-)
Just took the clamps off today. Instead of being 1/16 proud, some pins are resessed. I have a selection of sharp planes, I'll get to work. I hope I remember this experience for the next time. Thanks for the info.

proud and resessed pins
Could it be your lumber was bowed? I sometimes have that problem and it's usualy the lumber, not the work although too much pressure on one side can have ill effects. But cauls was the correct answer...
