I’m new to woodworking and making dovetail boxes, but I live in Las Vegas and do everything in my garage. In the 102 plus heat when I pour the glue (Titebond II) it is drying as soon as it leaves the bottle. Is there a better glue for this environment?

Yes, I think taffy would work well or perhaps chocolate. Although they'd never set would they?
My goodness, I have a friend who lives in Vegas. Why is my question? It's so hot. Anyways, the glue you want is a plastic resin glue. It will set quickly in that heat but you should have 15 or 20 minutes of working time. You could also use hide glue which is also temperature sensitive. It should work in that heat. Obviously, try them out first before putting any on a project. Good luck. Don't sweat too much on your work. Gary
