Hello,
I recently purchased a used Excalibur EXSLT-30 Sliding Table, but lying unused for such a long time, it is all covered with saw wood gunk and glue that has hardened. Can someone please share how I can clean it, and what products to use to clean it as well.
Thank you,
Sam.

Sam,
If the top is cast iron, fine steel wool is good for general cleaning, you can use a little penetrating oil with the steel wool if the dirt is really caked on. A single edge razor blade, or a small sharp chisel, is useful for removing glue, but you'll probably find that the glue has left the metal beneath it permanently discolored. Rubbing on a coat of ordinary furniture wax, one that doesn't contain silicones, will help to preserve the table's appearance and prevent rust formation.
If the top is aluminum the same techniques will work just be a little more careful, especially with scraping off the glue so that you don't gouge the metal.
