Thanks to CT Valley School of Woodworking and to FWW, and all presenters. I made the trip from Colorado, and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Ditto. Thanks to BVD and team. The presenters were fantastic and incredibly amenable to questions.
I was up on Friday... walked past Bruce and thought he looked familiar, wish I connected the dots. Really strong event, I hit 3 sessions on the livestream today. Ben Strano was doing some heavy lifting in the corner... in NBA terms he played 48 minutes both days.
I was there all day Friday. It was absolutely fantastic. I'm not sure I've ever seen more tool dealers in one place. There were excellent booths set up where conversations and demonstrations were going on all day. In addition to great furniture on display there was a Studley-esque tool cabinet full of rare and engraved tools. It was probable 2 or 3 times the size of the Studley. There were some great food trucks outside.
And then there were the many presentations, which unlimited members can find online here. It was just a fantastic day. If it's held again, I encourage you all to attend.
Special thanks to Bob van Dyke at Connecticut Valley Scool of Woodworking, and all the folks at Fine Woodworking. An extra special thanks to Ben Strano, who I doubt had a chance to do or see anything -- he was chained to his audio and video equipment, recording the presentations without a break.
I attended on Friday and I wish I had been able to attend both days!
Thank you to FWW and Connecticut Valley School of Woodworking for hosting this wonderful event! It far exceeded my expectations!
As a woman who is not so confident in her woodworking abilities I almost didn't attend. I am so glad that I did.
The presenters and demonstrators were so talented and knowledgable AND willing to share their knowledge. They had something for everyone both experienced woodworkers AND people like me, just a Mom who likes to make stuff.
What a fantastic event! Thank you to Bob, Mike, Ben, and all the FWW crew who made it possible. Two days of presentations, demonstrations, tools, and chatting with fellow woodworking and tool nerds! Can't wait for next year. Thank you again.
I had a great time at the event. So many old and special tools for sale. The most hand planes I’ve ever seen in one place. If you couldn’t find what you needed here then it probably wasn’t made. Congrats to all the people who made this happen. And the recorded presentations for later viewing is a bonus.
