I want to make the foot rests also. I can scale them up, just wondering if anyone knows if patterns are available to save some work. I’ve emailed him but haven’t got a response yet.

The 180° curved part of the footrest is different, but are the rest of the footrest parts identical to the seat?
Page 54 on Fine Woodworking Magazine, issue 212, June 2010 has plans for the chair. It looks like the foot rest is the same as the chair seat with the arms bent differently.
Yes, I think I can use the same form for the slats, and a scaled down template for the legs, the arms are really what I'm after.
Fortune says plans will be available June 14th so I'll have to figure it out.
