My collets get stuck in the handpiece and makes changing collets difficult. Any tips on easy way to remove it??
Thanks.

Don't insert the bur all the way into the collet. When you want to change burs, loosen the collet and push back on the bur . It only needed a little 'wiggle room' Steinmetz
Keep everything clean and periodicly lubricated. When tightening collet, it really only needs a good snugging, and as said in the other reply, try not to insert your burr all the way in.

Occasionally I'll have a router bit get stuck in it's collet. I've found that they loosen up quickly with a few taps on the side of the collet with the collett wrench after loosening the collet nut.
