I made a coffee tablet with book matched walnut top. It is finished with polyurethane that was rubbed with F2-F4-Rottenstone. When viewed from one end one board has a light but distinct haze. When viewed from the other end the boards match. Any ideas?

I would leave it as is.
Or turn the table into a different light. I think wood is wood.. Sort of like a woman that changes with light shown on her.. She is still beautiful!
