Hello all, I’m nearing the end of a project where I have built a picture frame out of birdseye maple. I would like to keep the color close to natural. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance

Dino,
Personally, I would go with two or three coats of a 1lb cut of super blond shellac rubbed out to the desired sheen...Over time the frame will "mellow" to a beautiful honey tone. FWIW.
