I just completed a turned bowl from some exceptional spalted chestnut. I would like a clear finish with no amber tone. Any suggestions?

I'am partial to Hut crystal coat. Then Zinsser french polish(clear) with a few extra drops of BLO on the pad. Then a good coat of paste wax either Butchers Bowling alley or Johnsons Paste But on one occasion I did use Deft clear spray lacquer because there were so many very deep bark cavities and inclusions. Bowls are addictive arn't they !!!!!!
I might add that all finishes are applied with the pieces still chucked up and spinning. Except the lacquer, It was still in the lathe but I hand rotated it while spraying, Be sure to cover lathe bed while spraying and make a shield for the chuck or face plate.
Work Safe, Count to 10 when your done for the day !!

Thanks, Bruce...I was contemplating using an acrylic spray to maintain clarity...I do finish with bowls still mounted on lathe, as you do. Yes bowls are addictive! I will consider your other suggestions.
