I just wanted to give a shout out and kudos where it’s due. I was having a problem with my Festool Jigsaw. I was having a problem with its not cutting straight. I adjusted the blade guide to its maximum setting and was still having problems. I became so frustrated with it that it sat unused for six to eight months, after a cooling off period I sent it down to Southern California on Festool’s dime. I received a serviced tool back within a week! Great service from a great company!

Regards from Melbourne
You can make it fool proof but not idiot proof
This is one of the reasons you paid a premium fo rthat jigsaw. You don't think Ryobi could offer the same type of service on a $49 jigsaw even if they knew how or wanted to, do you?
