Can only speak for the cabinet saw and 8" jointer, but good machines, good value and good customer & technical service. Again, every company has hits and misses. I would be reluctant to go all one brand b-4 I shopped several with quality to value in mind.
Good luck...

I have one Grizzly tool, a 6" jointer, and it's fine. I would buy other Grizzly tools, but would look at everything when it came time to choose.
I'd agree with Sarge re: the jointer and cabinet saw, and also nominate their bandsaws unless needs demand and $$ permits an upgrade to the more expensive brands like MiniMax. If your planer is going to be a benchtop model, the new DeWalt would be a much better choice (or several others, but not IMO Grizzly). Same with benchtop mortiser -- Shop Fox or the new Delta would be a better choice from what I've read on forums.
Then there's dust collection -- hmmmmm, Jet cannisters. Seems like Delta and Penn State has also added cannister versions to their lines.

I've had wonderful luck with all of my Grizzley equipment. I'm absolutely certian that I've put more wood thru my equipment than just about anybody on this board..
With all that wood (someplace between 20,000 and 30,000 bd.ft. of hardwood) Other than sharpening blades, I have replaced one fan belt. cost about $5.00 and my local auto parts store had it in stock..
With all the choices out there, I wouldn't stick with one brand. Evaluate how much you will be using each machine and make the usual trade-offs between price and the qualilty you need for the job. Look for the sales and special offers too. Sometimes you can find a better deal on a machine if you are patient enough to wait for the right time. There are not very many woodworkers who buy all their equipment at one time.
