   I saw a mention of them in a newsletter from College of the Redwoods. They recycle wood from city demolition projects, so that it doesn't just get incinerated, but re-used.

   East-West Urban Forest Products was mentioned in Fine Woodworking No. 154 (February 2002). Their telephone number is (866)234-9663. The telephone message and the article mention their website, http://www.eastwestwood.com , but I seem to have trouble getting through.    yeah, i called them and they quoted 10$ a bf for walnut???

   we'll see, hopefully they run deals on whatever they have alot of.
