I just bought a new cyclone and I am looking for the duct work. I have found some of what I am looking for on <!—-><!—->Penn <!—-> <!—->State <!—-> and <!—-> <!—->Oneida<!—-><!—->. Grizzly also has some but not everything in the sizes I am looking for.
<!—-><!—-> <!—->
Does anyone know of a good source for ductwork?

Thanks,
Bob T.

I don't have any experience with these guys, but the link was posted here on Knots or maybe WWA while back:

They carry hose, spiral pipe and all kinds of blastgates.
I finally got around to sorting out what I needed and placing the order. I ended up going with The Blast Gate Co. There aluminum blast gates were priced about the same as everyone else’s plastic ones. The fittings were less expensive and they fabricated some of the fittings for me so I didn’t have to buy reducers. For instance on some the double branches they are 8 inch on one end and 7 inch on the others. Using a regular double branch would have required three reducers at $20 bucks a pop.

There customer service was good, judging by the fact that they answered the phone which is something these days, and they helped me with the system design and suggested ways to reduce my costs and get a better flowing system.

Prompt service by knowledgeable people and good prices. What else could you ask for?
Thanks for reporting back to us. That's a relatively new product line, IIRC, and it's good to know of your personal experience with them. Especially good news about their reasonably-priced custom-made sizes.

I plumbed my cyclone with 6" round HVAC duct from Home Depot. The price and availability are great. Doomsayers will tell you that it is too thin and will collapse. All I can tell you is that mine works.
Duct, Incorporated sells laser-welded industrial clamped pipe and fittings. Their stuff is identical to what Grizzly sells, and for less money. (The Grizzly stuff may even be made by Duct, Inc.) They do not take credit cards, but some of their distributors do.
I have bought from them and they treated me well. The ductwork is expensive, bring bags of money!

Where are you located?
Hey, thanks for the help. I think I have found all the parts I need. I was looking for an 8 inch double Y that the big box stores did not have but Duct inc does. The Blastgate co has really good prices and I will use some regular duct from HD further down the line where I need smaller ducts.

Thanks again for your help.

I ordered everything from air handling systems in CT (airhandlingsystems.com). I got a bit of a break for the whole system and there were a few custom parts that did the job cheaper than combining multiple off the shelf parts. Fabrication and delivery was very prompt.
Thanks, ill look them up before I start ordering.
