to prevent cupping? They are KD cherry and finished on all sides. They store inside the table, out of light. Someone told me to cleat them or in a few years they would cup?? They are 7/8″ thick, 12″ wide, single board leafs. I have two of them to contend with. Thanks to all, Dave

Dave,
It's difficult to say for certain. I'd guess that if:1) the boards were flat and dry when you started,2) you let them acclimate to your shop before thicknessing, and afterward,3) you have the same amt and type of finish on both sides,4) they will be stored so as not to draw more moisture on one side than the other (like on a basement floor), then you should be good to go. Any cleats you add should have some provision for swelling and shrinkage from summer to winter. Surprising how much wood moves.
Good luck,
Ray
