The 46-700 doesn’t have a spindle lock. (At least that I can find) Can any body tell me a way to lock the spindle? Jack Parrott

The spindle has a nut which the face plate seats against. The machine should have come with a pair of stamped wrenches. One goes on the face plate and the other on the nut. They are Delta part number 434-08-101-0002.
