I think I’ve posted this here in the past, but I have a new supplier for my Delta 1 x 42 Sander/Grinder Idler Wheels, and have been able to lower the price. I hunted for almost a year for replacements for mine, and decided to get some made. The 3-1/2″ idler, the 2″ idler, and the 3-1/2″ drive wheel, are all 18.00 each. I also have the main drive arbor and bearing assembly available, for anyone that need it. Please contact me at [email protected] if interested. You can view the photos and some belt configurations by going to this link:

The bore sizes for both sizes of idler wheels, is 17mm, or .6693 which is standard for the Delta/Rockwell machines. The drive wheel has a set-screw type bore, that is 5/8″.

Hello , this must be an older model like the one Foley Belsaw sold , I have the newer version which also has an 8" disc sander on the side , I will have to see what the model # is , but can you provide the ID of the idlers so I can match up to mine . Thanks Gary
Hi Gary,
You are correct regarding your comment about the Foley Belsaw Model, as the subject had previously came up, and Rockwell built the Sander for Foley. You must have a SA model which does take a different wheel. I erronously had purchased some wheels for the SA Model, and have some here if I can find them, and know what you are looking for.
Here is the specs on the wheels I am selling.
Both the 2" idler and the 3-1/2" idler have molded in bearings, that have a bore of 17mm or .6693". The 3-1/2" drive wheel has a set screw bore, of 5/8".
If I remember correctly, the SA model utilizes and idler wheel that accepts a press in 6202 bearing, and the bore diameter is 15mm or .5906
If infact, your model is a SA, I may have what you need, and there also may be the possibility of getting a bore reducer, to reduce the bore size to match your machine.
Thanks so much for the inquiry,
Jim
