I recently moved to another state and in the process of moving my jointer was disassembled. The bed of the jointer was tyied to the rails on the inside of the truck and after the moved while unloading the truck the straps broke and the jointer bed came crashing down on a pile of rough cut lumber. The longer bed was split in half plus damaging the housing. Can this bed be welded? Or do I need replace the whole jointer.
