I will be moving to the DFW area in a few months. I will need to find someone in that area to work on/tweak my 8″ joiner. It has been out of wack for a while and I need to get it tuned up after I move. Any suggestions would be helpful. I have not been able to do it myself, and I am frustrated to no end. ——WW 57

Just funnin ya..
Dallas/ Fr. Worth... Area...
I would call the Post Commander of Fort Hood Texas. Tell him you have the tables from your jointer that need flattening and would like some old heavy tank retriever with new Rubber pads (for street use) to drive over them.. I would bet FLAT or bent the other way into the ground... Tell him some guy from the old Second Armored 'Hell On Wheels' The 16Th. Artillery here at Fort Hood about 1960 recommend to me to call you... Yes I had a honorable discharge;. I for one LOVED MY TIME IN THE Army Artillery! I was just a mechanic... I did my job the best I knew how to!
I loved TEXAS! Why still in Chicago has to do with Family...The most beautiful girls in the USA live in Texas... LA or Hollywood comes about third.. They have no class..Even a bar girl at a road house in OLD Texas.. Had Class! I was never robbed. And then again maybe I just never missed the money taken... I never had much money walking in!
I am funning .. BUT Texas girls are way more that just pretty.. AND I say that to girls in ever State I traveled to!
And as your wife moves to Texas.. She is prettier than before... The same woman but looks better in the Sun light and Moon light.. I have never seen so many stars looking up at night in Fort Hood Texas looking up into the night time.. I would bet you wife is the brightens Star you ever saw. Makes a NOVA just a dim light in the Heavens....
