Some help needed

PLEASE

I have just been given a free standing Beech kitchen cabinet.

It has a solid beech counter top, with an unknown oil finish.

This has been soiled, not too badly,it’s a little grubby.

What would you propose as the best method to quickly clean it?

Then re-finish using an oil.

No brand names please, as I am based in France.

Looking forward to your replies.
