I just came across some cabinetmaking software called Cabinetcruncher, on the internet. Apparently the user decides which type of cabinet, drawer, etc. they want to build and the software program prints off a cut list.
Have any of you used it or heard any praise/negativity about it?
Thanks kindly
Paul

Hello Paul,
I never heard of it before I read your post, but am also very interested. I went to the website, and if it does what they say, it would be very useful. I noticed that they don't yet have a version for frameless cabinets. That might make me hold off for a later version.
Are you familiar with other programs of this type? I've dabbled a little with Cutlist Plus, but I need to explore it further.

I just got ecabinets software that is very good software. Its free but you need to be able to demonstrate that you are running a cabinet or furniture business. Idea is that they provide you with free software in hopes that you will buy their stuff ( not required ) This is top of the line software, even comes with a VERY good learning guide. WMeek
Thanks for the tip.

I created an excel worksheet that does most of this; it isn't too hard because cabinet part dimensions are easily calculated from width and height. Depending on how much cabinetcruncher software does, I would not pay too much for it!
