Cabinet Base for Electric Stove Top

Cabinets are not my specialty.
We have an almost new electric kitchen stove top.
All it needs is a STRONG cabinet base.
The cabinet/stovetop will be a separate unit, free standing
on the floor of our kitchen.
I’d appreciate any suggestions re where to fine a general
plan which could be modified to fit our situation.

I don't think you'll find a plan specifically for your cabinet, because it is just a basic cabinet. I suggest you get a book about making your own kitchen cabinets. It'll have plenty of information about kitchen cabinets and how to build them. You'll learn how to build exactly what you want. Taunton Press publishes several which are good.
