I need to but a new brad nailer since my 20 year old Bostitch has died and no parts are available. I seem to remember that one of the wood working mags has just recently had a article on 18 gauge nailers. Anyone remember which one?
thanks

Get the new bosch with rear exit for the air and shots up to 2" brads. Got mine from depot for $90ish.
I think last post was to say BOSTITCH. Its a BT200K-2 Brad nailer , it will shoot upto 2' nail , also its an oilless gun so there wount be any oil marks on your work if your going to staine it. good luck .see link below.

Cant go wrong with an Omer, hitachi or MAX nailer. Im not all that happy with my sencos, But they work well on the jobsite when im trimming a house.
I bought the new Bostich also. It's a great tool, oilless, easy to use and light weight. I've run about 2000 1.5 in brads through it without a single hiccup. Best 90 bucks I've spent in years.
I like my Porter Cable 18 gauge brad nailer far better than my Bostitch 15 gauge finish nailer. Since both are presumably good guns, there is obviously a difference in feel. Therefore if you are used to a Bostitch and like it, be sure you try the feel of the new nailer before you get a different brand.
