I need to Build a hidden door out of a book case.The door will open outward and be a working book case any thoughts on how to hinge this thing.My thought is to use a pivot type hinge on floor and ceiling should I ad a roller at the other end for extra support or will that where out the wood floor.Dose any one have any thoughts on this.Anything would be helpful

You're on the right track with a pivot hinge. A bookcase can be extremely heavy -- heavy enough to distort the jamb if you use a standard door hinge. With the right pivot hinge, you should not need a roller. Rixson is the big name in pivot hinges: http://www.rixson.com/.
