I need to replace some old Grass 1808 concealed hinges with the system 1000 baseplates (inset application, 100 degree opening, 3/4″ door, self closing, 12.5mm cup depth) . Does anyone know which Blum hinge and baseplatecombo is a good substitute for the Grass? Thanks!

European hinge hole patterns:

Unless you're planning to replace the doors you'll need to plug the original holes. Rockler sells plug kits - the new hinge will probably cover the plugs so no worries.
Just Google your hinge requirement - 100 degree inset, etc. and you'll get plenty of hits. The Blum catalog will also give you the plate you need to match the hinge.
