If you didn't get a book with the details, you probably can find the specs online.
I have used them, but not with FF.
look here should tell you what you need to know http://www.richelieu.com/produit/index.php?lang=An&id=1001347
Just did this with Blue motion inset doors/drawers. Get the booklet or print it from on line. It is not a instruction book per se but the catalog and instructions combined. Go to the pages with the slides you have and then supplement those instruction with the pages on inset installation. After your first on its a breeze.
One tip if doing inset is to put them a 1/16" farther back that you think. There is adjustment on the clips to bring them in but they won't go any farther back than you mount them. Also there are nice adjustments on the clips and on the back of the slides to really get the perfect fit. Good luck.
I used 4 sets of those for my wife's computer desk. Pain in the butt to first figure out. After giving myself a headache in the morning trying, I said to hell with it and am going to start with a sacrificial drawer. Glad I did. Once you have built the first one, it all comes together nicely. The next 4 went like a breeze..no screw ups.
I will use these from now on.

I fitted a kitchen full of these without releying on instructions. I think if you look closely at them and fit and install one or two boxes or mock-ups before sizing the rest everything will be fine. As far as length goes, that peg wants to fit into the back of the box, but doesn't need to be tight; attach the handles to the slides, see how the handles attach to the box and you'll see what a comfortable length would be. As for width, I hung up all the slides and then slid them out to see what would be comfortable; you want the bottom of the box very, very close to the hardware without sqeezing it together at all. I don't remember any formulas, and I think you'd be fine without them. But this is coming from the guy who hung all the hardware (use a framing square) before he assembled any boxes.
