Does anyone have any experience (Hello, Derek!) with the new Blue Spruce paring chisels? At a recent woodworking show in Houston, a Lie-Nielsen rep told me they would have a true paring chisel out as early as next year based on the Stanley 720. On a recent call to LN, I asked if they could give me any specifics, and I was told that yes, they are going to do the paring chisel, but couldn’t give me a specific time, and Thomas LN was not available to ask directly. So, my question is, “How do the Blue Spruce paring chisels compare to a Stanley 720?” My use will be to pare dovetails, joinery, etc. Thanks. Tom
