I have seen bicycles for kids ( 2.5-4 years old) made mainly from wood and prefabricated wheels. Does anyone know, where I could find project plans or samples to look at?

This is exactly what I ment. One can buy it there for about $300.- in Europe somewhat different models, no lesser quality, for §50.- It would however be a nice project to make, but I cannot find any plans. It is very popular in Europe!
