I just found out that my fence is not square to the table, there is a bout 25-30/1000 (2 thickness of the yellow folder) different from the end to end (in feed is bigger) causing the cut burn and not square at the end cut. There are two ways that I can think off:
1- Insert something that make the right side rail goes further south of the table saw, but this way is require lots of sims.
2-The easiest way, insert a sim at the left side fense so when clamp the fence tends to the right.
Any suggestion?
Thanks,
Vincent

The pads on a Bies are adjustable to square the fence to the table. It's also critical to get the spacing just right so when you lift up the cam it stays against the rail so you can just slide it to the next measurement. It's all in the manual!!!!!!!

Are you talking about the two rubber pads on the fence?
It looks like rivet to me, but I will double check tonight.

I don't get it. What does this do with fence square to table.

The pads are adjustable so you don't need to shim anything. Lift off the fence and turn it around and you will see a set screw for each pad. This will allow you to adjust the skew of the fence.
If you adjust it too loose or tight it won't function as smoothly as it should. I assume you didn't buy the fence new so no manual. Get a copy of the manual and it will explain the adjustment procedure in detail. It's pretty simple actually.
Hi Rick,
You are right. The two pieces that I thought were rivets, were actually hex-screws.
They were cover by paint.
Thanks,
Vincent
