I did a search and though there have been several inquiries about barrel chairs, not much discussion.  My kid and his dad are each making one this summer.  They are up to getting ready to shape and then attach the back.  Dinner time has been monopolized by said discussion.  I offered to put it to your collective wisdom and experience to move this project on.  I apologize if this is under the wrong sub-heading.  I am a lunch lady by day and more comfortable over with the cookies but I do appreciate any help you can offer.
