Require additional information: when the saw is unplugged and you turn the upper wheel is there any noise? Or if you purchased the saw used, did someone install an extra washer to one of the wheels?
Hello Pita, I was at the shop to day and I forgot to check it, I will check it to-morrow and get back to you to morrow night.

what type of foor is it sitting on? is there rubber under it
there's no need to reinvent the wrench
It is sitting on a concrete floor, and no I do not have any rubber under it, should I.
Jack
well there's you problem, put a rubber mat under it, or atleast under the corners. what's happening is it's vibrating against the concrete, so making a soud as if you are punching the machine
there's no need to reinvent the wrench
Jack,
Try running the saw without the blade installed. If it's only loud when the blade is in, have a look at the position of the blade guides and thrust bearings, as well as any other possible contact points between the blade and the machine.
