14 inch Delta/Rockwell with a 1 hp motor . Blade speed is calculated at 3000 fpm and am using a Kreg fence system. I see the advertisements for the Carter products kits for a Delta 14 inch band saw.

I've got a similar, but older Delta. Go talk to Louis at Iturra Designs for most of what you might want.
I use his roller guides on mine. With a new Highland Hardware Woodslicer blade and Kreg fence I can cut stuff less than 1/8" (I was messing with some poplar for drawers, and got curious as to what the blade and saw could do.)
I recently upgraded the guides on my Delta 14" band saw with the ceramic inserts. I previously had the "cool blocks" installed which were better than the original steel guides. I believe they were made out of some type of phenolic. They wore out much to quickly and constantly had to be readjusted. These new ceramic inserts are the best I've used so far and they are much more economical than the carter guides. I have upper and lower roller bearing guides on my 21" Jet band saw that are similar to the Carter guides but I actually like the ceramic inserts on my Delta better. Ditto on the Woodslicer blade from Highland Hardware as well. Very smooth cut!

Swifty,
If your saw is not properly tuned, none of the aftermarket accessories will help you.
At the trade shows the blade guys do everything the guide guys do except they raise the upper guide way up so they can show off the blade.
Guides are just guides.

Ed's suggestion to contact Iturra is a good one, but unlike most companies referenced in the forum, they are instantly discovered via Google. They do not have a web site, but their phone number is 888-722-7078.
Be sure and ask for a catalog, it's a must-have.
That # has been disconnected.
Dang.
Hang on, try this non-toll-free number: 904-642-2802 If that doesn't work, I'll dig out my last shipping papers and see what they say.forestgirl -- you can take the girl out of the forest, but you can't take the forest out of the girl ;-)
