   It's a bit confusing the first time.  You may not be following all three steps.  First, browse your folders and select the picture you wish to attach, then click on Open.  Then click on the Upload button.  Then do additional pictures the same way if desired.  Finally, click on done.

   Then, back to your message, click on Post.

   Try to keep file sizes small, less than 100 kb.  Scan at about 75 dpi.  Hi-res pictures don't look any better on most computer screens and some users have slow internet connections and won't be able to take the minutes needed to see them.
