Everyone,
I sprayed a complete bedroom set with BM’s Waterborne Satin Impervo (I’m still getting used to the transition from the original satin impervo). Looks great, but I’m concerned about durability. This is a little girl’s room. Should I spray a clear coat of satin poly or some other finish on it? Although I know everyone has a favorite finish, my setup is limited to waterbased products.
Thanks for the input.

Impervo. Sounds like a brand they'd use in Harry Potter. :)
The new Impervo is acrylic, it's very durable, more so than the old oil, and you do not need to put anything on it. The only time you need to put a top coat over paint is if you are putting something on the paint, such as in decoupage, a distressed finish, art work, etc. Some automotive paints are basecoat/clearcoat systems. The basecoat on these finishes has no strength or durability without the clearcoat. House paint is a different product.
Beat it to fit / Paint it to match
Hammer,
That was very helpful and, incidentally, the answer I was hoping for because the furniture is already up in the room and I would have to take it all down to spray it again.
Thanks.
