Any experience w/ new P-C 2.25 hp router

Am about to buy a new midsize router. Was set to buy the Bosch 1617EVS with two bases… until I saw the new Porter-Cable. I am not a typical “early adopter” and thought to write to the rest of you experts that might have already bought or used this router.
Am hoping to buy this today or latest tomorrow. Thanks,

No response. I assume that the Porter Cable is too new for anyone here to report experience.
I bought the Bosch 1617 EVS kit with two bases. Going with the tried and true.

Robbie I got the 890 for my birthday 2 weeks ago and have only used it a little bit. It's much better than my Ryobi though. =)
A friend of mine just got one over christmas and I helped him mount it in a table the other day. I gotta say I was impressed with it in the short time I got to use it. I liked the rubber handles alot better than the plastic ones on my 690's and it seems to be quieter which is a welcome change. I also liked the soft start on the motor better than my 690's cranking up to 23000 RPM right away.
Not to mention that the built in lifting mechanism works very well for fine tuning height using their little adjustment knob accessory. Just messing around with it almost got me to go out and buy one to put in my table.
