In Issue 136 of Fine Woodworking there is the best Adirondack Chair project I’ve come across. Unfortunately, the drawings are woefully inadequate. Just wondering whether anyone has built that project and would be willing to share the missing dimensions? Thanks for any help… Bob

Woodmaster,
Do an "Advanced Search" ie. top left corner of this page and enter the post number "29703.5". That post will tell you about "Jake"s Chair" and how to down load plans from GOOGLE THAT ARE DETAILED AND SIMILAR TO THE ADIRONDACK CHAIR IN ISSUE #136.
I've just about completed a prototype of the chair I will call a "Jake's Glider". More postings when I complete the critter.
Attached is a picture of my last project.
Thanks for the tip. I'll pursue it. As it happens, I've used a plan from an article in another publication that had pretty complete information. Made one just to see whether it was actually comfortable--it was VERY comfy, so I made 3 more. My wife and I are enjoying 2 of them (great for restoring an aching back) and 2 of our offspring each have one at their homes. Other offspring are (im)patiently awaiting their own copies. Attached is a photo.Great looking chest!Bob
