I got a bit more done on these two little projects. A little stain, a big red bow, and a “bar” across the front of the Sleigh. Still waiting a red fuzzy nose for Rudolph, and some “eyeballs” for him. See what you think of the “Mantle Place Sitters”.

Just some scrap wood from the shop. Sleigh is from 1/2" poplar, Reindeer is from a piece of 1x6 pine. Still thinking the Sleigh "needs" something more. About 2 hours work. And WHAT do YOU do with your scrap wood?

Nice sleigh and reindeer.
I like to use up scraps, too.
I think it is a woodworking disease.
Merry Christmas.

My first thought is the sled is way to small to deliver the toys to all the good children of the world.
Seriously, though, it looks very nice and a good way to use up scrap

IT IS MAGIC!
Dear Santa,
After all these years, I'm finally figuring out how you do it.

PS I've been a good boy this year.
