Old friend who is now a missionary in Mexico stopped by and of course I showed him my new saw. I made a quick pot (beveled edges w/ tenon jig) and since his community now has electricity and someone will give him a TS, he thinks making these could be a cottage industry for his folks there. He knows nothing about woodworking and needs a pictograph of the process so that those people could figure out the process without words. Before I try to put something together I wanted to ask if that ‘wheel’ is already out there somewhere.
Thanks…

I'm having a hard time picturing your pot, but years ago I had an old redwood pot that was coopered aroundand held together with 'bands' made of metal band-clamping like you get on a shipping pallet. The banding lasted longer than the redwood, I recall. These kinds of shipping clamps are pretty inexpensive and low tech. The pot would be 10-12 identical staves with a ply bottom set into routed grooves. No glue.
