I am thinking of building some furniture using the 32 mm system. I’m familiar with it but have never used it before. Are there any jigs and/or instructions out there that any of you have used that might be helpful. Thanks.

Try http://www.true32.com Actually you can learn a lot about it from European hardware catalogs. It's actually based on a grid of 32 mm squares. It's derived from European boring machines and it's the spacing between the collets and that was based on how close they could get the spindles because of the gears between the spindles.
