I’m planning to make a half-dozen copies of a 19th century bowsaw that I made patterns from a while ago. It wants a 15″ blade. Anyone know where I can get suitable 15″ blades?

You can make them from bandsaw blades. Cut to length and heat the ends so they get soft enough to drill the hole. In my experience, the bow saw blades that are commercially available are no good (don't stay sharp for long, aren't set right, etc.).
