I made this chess table in 2007 with cocobolo, maple and cherry. The frame is cherry with 1/8″ thick maple and cocobolo veneer. The pulls and beading are cocobolo. The table has two drawers and two sliding supports for chess pieces. Finish is oil and shellac.
