Christmas tree decoration bell-box

These decorations are fitted boxes and the fit must be perfect so that the decoration will not separate when hanging on the tree but when grasped and a slight twist and pull will separate or open the box to reveal the small gift inside. Watch out when using different woods that expand and contract differently during the season. Maple moves more than walnut! Last Christmas my wife got a pair of earrings in the bell. She knew the bell was on the tree but did not realize that I had again made a box for her gift. Enjoy
